The Final Countdown

Two months till the start of the Atlantic Coast Ride!  The weeks are going by too quickly.

I'm continuing to build my daily mileage - Thursday's mileage was 26.5; Friday's mileage was 31.5; today's mileage was 30.5.  Another week of 30 mile rides and then I hope to increase to the 35-40 range.  Speed - not so much.  Saturday I averaged 12.5 mph - I frequently hear "on your left" and get passed a lot.  South Florida hill training - bridges.

 I'm hoping to attend 2 more flat tire workshops.  My first workshop went well, but I need the practice.
