Today, I managed to topple over on my bike. We were stopped, I had just clipped in my right foot, not sure why I clipped in, we weren't moving, and over I went . I must remember that to maintain balance you must be keep moving - Albert Einstein was onto something with that quote.
Other than bruises on my butt and upper arm, life is good.
Later my bike chain came off - easy fix but a greasy job. Fortunately, Chanda had some wet wipes along. At the end of the day, I was a dirty sweaty mess.
