What's in my Rear Rack Bag?

Too much stuff.  It's gotten heavy. I've downsized the sunscreen, 1 less CO2 cartridges, etc.  but I still have to pack the snacks.

Bag rain cover.  Wind breaker with zip off sleeves. Extra pair of cycling gloves and socks. First aid supplies. Sun screen. Hand sanitizer.  CO2 inflator and 2 CO2 cartridges. Bike lock. Ankle reflector bands ( wear with rain pants). Tire levers. Spare tube. Patch kit. Rear flashing light. And

Duct Tape!  Cell phone. iPod Touch. Cash.

If it looks like it could rain, or stops raining, rain pants and rain jacket might be in the bag.
