I'm no longer in the 'EFM' society, that's the ride 'every fricking mile'. I rode to mile 45, took the SAG ride from mile 45 to mile 60, and rode from mile 60 to mile 71. I wanted to go easy on my butt sore - a good decision - and it is better! Awesome decision.
I rode for 4 hours and 20 minutes; max speed 24; cruising along at a comfortable 12.9 average and rode 56.6 miles. 🚴
I've ridden 662 miles so far and have 900 to go. 🚴
Breakfast - another good decision - oatmeal in the slow cooler on the left

The road we were on in Georgia, across the state line the road narrowed and was very bumpy.
